Maternity benefits -crèche facilities and benefits

Hi, I'm a mother of a 5 month old child. My company has 50+ workers, it's an it company in bellandur, I was forced to take my maternity leave littler earlier than I has planned, as my company was not flexible to offer me work from home. So once my maternity leave ended I took my remaining leaves and joined work. My company doesn't have crèche facilities for night time employees. I work in night shift. I understood that my company will not give me work from home,so I informed them that I will exercise my right for 4 visits to the crèche they provide. They are offering me 10k for nanny as an alternative. They have informed me that I can use my regular one hour break to visit my child during the day and the visit , along with travel time is 1 hour. This one hour is from my regular break. Also I have informed the company that 10k is too less for a nanny in banglore
