SBI life policy
1)My sbi life policy matured in 2025 March .Customer have right to opt 60% refund and 40 % for pension plan. but their staff by mistake 100% annuity. So I asked them to return 60% money by sending mail to head office . But they don't reply for my 10 complaints . Local branch senior officer sent a mail and blaming me that you only choosed 100 % annuity. So ,we cannot refund 60 %.Even though , keep on sending mail to Head office in the last 4 months, they donot refund 60%, even though ,they knew that their staff did mistake. Finally, i complained to IRDAI and i got my money with in 14 days. 2)when i checked my Fund value by official SMS, it were 7.44 lakhs.But local staff told me that my system showing only 6 lakhs. So, what official message i received were wrong. 3)I were denied to reach Mumbai H.O senior customer care executive. But after i ibnteracted with IRDAI, all senior person contacted me to THROUGH LOCAL STAFF TO withdraw my complints. 4) When i complained to consumer forum , they sent IRRELEVANT MAIL to consumer forum (blamed customer) .After I sent a repeated complaint,Now , they accepted mistake. i have audio proof for all my complaint. I suffered lot , because of their of their carelessness.
