How much is the expense to do shift deed?

My wife has been gifted a vacant land by her father as a gift deed. Now we want both of our names to be included as equal owners or as holding real shares of that land. So that in future, both of our acceptance be required for any kind of legal decision making regarding that land. I believe my has to make another gift deed for that, in which both of our names will be mentioned as equal share holders of that land. Please correct me if I am wrong. Now,
