Mental harrasment

Good morning sir and ma'am My wife is actually working as post graduate teacher in a govt aided higher secondary school in odisha. Prior to the retirement of Principal who took his retirement on 30th April 2026, The principal and some other staffs started insisting her to take principal in charge. But when she denied to take in charge as principal due to health issues , the principal started scolding her in front of other employees. Even after giving unwillingness in proper official format to the principal (secretary of college) and subcollector (president of GB Body), principal,other staffs and even subcollector are giving stress her to take charge. When she is on leave due to medical case and going on through treatment and bed rest at home, on the other hand principal,clerks and other staffs are continous giving letter and also calling via phone call and pressurising her to take principal in charge. Due to these my wife has been mentally harrased and also gone through frequent panic attack. What should we do this in this case , an women is going through mental harrasment in her working place. Any legal for her help sir???????
