Challan - 4 police stop

sir 4 police stop me on road i driving my scooter they come in between ,i stop and then one police take out the key, i say pleas dont take key, he get angry and give challan 18000 saket court. hsrp number plate, puc, insurance. 4 may 2026 date i miss.

You were stopped by traffic police while driving your scooter, and although you cooperated, an officer took your key and issued a challan of Rs. 18,000 for multiple violations such as lack of HSRP number plate, PUC, and insurance under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988; since you missed your court date on 4 May 2026 at Saket Court Complex, you should immediately visit the court, inform them about the missed appearance, and request a fresh date or recall of the matter, as delaying further may lead to additional penalties or even a warrant, and you should carry all your documents and be prepared to settle the challan amount.
