Education Loan Repayment

Dear sir/Ma'am I took education loan of 476000 in Aug 2012 for my B.Tech (2012- 2016 ). from UCO Bank . Previously was paying , but Now wasn't paying from early 2018 .Reason is that i am preparing for a comparative exam and already left my job . Now I am totally dependent on parent's income even my family's financial condition is not good. Now........ They are harassing my family and they blocked my father's account and my as well .But Why , I have lots of time to repay . And They are saying that I will case on you if you will not able to pay overdue this month .[Date -6-07-2019] Even i have sent application to bank and Head office.But not getting any reply.right I am staying in Delhi . But I am not able to concentrate on my study due to this problem. Please suggest me what should i do . So They can stop harassing . I can't left my preparation . Please sir suggest and give some advice on urgent basis. Thanks

You can approach a civil court and get a stay against such bank authorities.
You approach the civil court and get a stay order on the bank directing them not to use coercive step except due process of law. They have file a suit for recovery of money if entitled.
