Drunk driving and overspeeding case
I was normally driving and i overtook a car on the road, that car was of the police commissioner. There was no damage to anything or anyone.
He charged me with a case of motor vehicle act 184 and 185. I have to be im court for my hearing on 13th.
What do i do next? Is this serious? Or will they let me go with a fine?
A.Dear Sir,
It is not so serious without making any further issues just admit your guilt and pay fine and it will be closed.
