Hi I worked with Riya Travel almost about to 4 years and there we're a instance they have deducted my salary without sharing any information and proof of any error when I raised a concern with HR written back on WhatsApp it will be revised but not doneThen second time they have I was in ticketing and cancellation single email delivered to 2 different employees when raised concern with CRM team how come same single email get delivered to different employees no resolution and it's repeated again same instance again raised concern no resolution it's a high risk of duplicate tickets booking and missing any email. Then 1 month prior planned leave approved by manager and again pending for approval on HRMS system again LOP for 2 days that includes sunday which is non working day.Like this with out any discussion deduction was happening and forfully without intention of leaving a job because of unethical salary deduction I have to resign without any job backup now the company withholding a experience and relieving letter in the view of recovery amount of notice period and with out sharing any proof of amount was deducted without resolving issues which I raised please advise and help me to get my docs
