Land dispute
My father was purchased a land around 30 yrs back and we are under possession of the land since then. Seller had not registered the land as it's a joint land and in the name of his ancestors. After death of my father he tried to impose 144 on the said land which was dismissed by the court. After that he tried to enter in the land forcefully and creating nuisance.
Pls advise the legal solution for this.
