My ex put charge on me regarding premarital breach of trust of 376/417. But surrendered to court and got bail. The breakup was basically a misunderstanding. I want to marry her. What will be the fate of my case? What should I do now? If she denies to marry, what will happen?
A.Dear Sir,
It is a consensual sex as such you may file 482 petition before High Court and see that investigation is stayed and later quashed.
