My ex put charge on me regarding premarital breach of trust of 376/417. But surrendered to court and got bail. The breakup was basically a misunderstanding. I want to marry her.What will be the fate of my case? What should I do now? If she denies to marry, what will happen?

A. ) Dear Sir,
It is a consensual sex as such you may file 482 petition before High Court and see that investigation is stayed and later quashed.

A. ) Think smart, act and reconcile. It is possible if you both are mutually agreed n willing to move ahead. The problem of legal hurdles can b sorted out
