Registration issue

If the bank has already verified and approved the draft supplementary agreement, there appears to be no legal impediment to its execution.

You should immediately submit a written representation to the builder's Registration Team, CRM Team, and senior management, enclosing copies of the bank's communication, the affidavit executed by your wife, the approved draft supplementary agreement, and proof of the failed registration attempt. Request them to execute the supplementary agreement within a specified time. Keep records of all emails and communications.

You should immediately escalate the issue in writing to the senior management, CRM, and registration team of Sattva, enclosing the bank's communication, your wife's affidavit, and the verified draft Supplementary Agreement, while requesting a definite timeline for execution of the document.

If the builder continues to delay despite acknowledging and verifying the proposed amendment, you may consider issuing a formal legal notice seeking immediate execution of the Supplementary Agreement and completion of the registration process, as the continued delay is causing financial hardship, mental stress, and unnecessary prejudice despite your readiness to complete the transaction.
