About punishment in article 295A and possibility of getting away from being punished.

Question is-
• Are social media posts or comments, containing religious criticism (no abuse or mention or direct offense to any religion) ... are charged under 295A or not?
• Is social media content punished even after taking down of IT law 66A?
• And what is monetary fine for seeking bail aquitance?
