Mentally torture

Yadi aap balig (18 varsh ya usse adhik) hain aur aapki maa lagatar mansik utpidan (mental harassment), gaali-galauj, maar-peet, bhojan ya aavashyak suvidhaon se vanchit karna, ya dhamki dene jaisi harkatein kar rahi hain, to aap kanooni upay apna sakte hain.

Sambhavit kanooni upay:

1. Police Complaint: Agar aapke saath maar-peet, dhamki, ya anya apradhik vyavahar ho raha hai, to aap nikatam police station mein shikayat darj kara sakte hain.

2. Protection Orders: Yadi utpidan lagatar ho raha hai aur aapki suraksha ya mansik shanti prabhavit ho rahi hai, to aap uchit nyayalaya se suraksha sambandhi rahat maang sakte hain.

3. Property Rights: Agar jis sampatti se aapko nikala ja raha hai usmein aapka koi kanooni adhikar ya hissa hai, to aap civil court mein apne adhikaron ki suraksha ke liye uchit mukadma daakhil kar sakte hain. Keval parivarik vivaad ke aadhar par kisi vyakti ko uske kanooni adhikar se vanchit nahi kiya ja sakta.

4. Maintenance and Support: Yadi aap nabalig hain, ya kisi kanooni roop se nirbhar sthiti mein hain, to aapke bharan-poshan aur moolbhoot aavashyaktaon ke sambandh mein bhi kanooni adhikar ho sakte hain.

5. Legal Notice and Court Proceedings: Paristhitiyon ke anusaar ek vakil ke madhyam se kanooni notice bheja ja sakta hai aur avashyak hone par civil ya criminal proceedings shuru ki ja sakti hain.



If you are an adult (18 years or older) and your mother has been continuously subjecting you to mental harassment, verbal abuse, physical assault, deprivation of food or basic necessities, or threats, you may avail yourself of appropriate legal remedies.

Possible legal remedies include:

1. Police Complaint: If you are being assaulted, threatened, or subjected to any other criminal act, you may lodge a complaint with the local police station.

2. Protection Orders: If the harassment is ongoing and affects your safety, dignity, or mental well-being, you may approach the competent court seeking appropriate protection and relief.

3. Property Rights: If you are being evicted from a property in which you have a legal right, title, interest, or share, you may institute appropriate civil proceedings to protect your rights. A person cannot be deprived of a lawful property interest except in accordance with law.

4. Maintenance and Support: If you are a minor or otherwise legally dependent, you may have enforceable rights relating to maintenance, support, and basic necessities.

5. Legal Notice and Court Proceedings: Depending on the facts and circumstances, a legal notice may be issued through an advocate and appropriate civil or criminal proceedings may be initiated before the competent forum.
