Hi I have filed Section harassment case against my husband mother in law and sister-in-law I would like to know if all the three persons need to get bail or just the man as the other two are women

A.There is a provision to include women also in sexual harassment matters. If I see see the copy of complaint given by you, I will be able to tell.

I have file the case under 498 A (4),506,504. But police stated that they won't arrest the women until proven

A.If you filed the complaint under section 498A of the Indian penal Code and crime is registered against them than they have to take the bail from the court and Anticipatory Bail also can be granted if the file the petition before the Session court Or High court

A.Under which section you have filed the case.In case of stintingent section 498A all the accused required bail.

I have 3 people accused but 2 of them are women so will the 2 of the women need bail

Yes they have to take a bail from the concern court and they can also approach to the Session court or High court for Grant of Anticipatory Bail
