Regarding false case

A false case alleging robbery and assault was filed against me in a civil court. The complainant knowingly presented false allegations and produced false witnesses, resulting in summons being issued against me. However, at the time of the alleged incident, I was working at my office in another state, and I possess documentary and electronic evidence proving my presence there. Subsequently, I approached the Allahabad High Court, where I successfully demonstrated that the allegations made against me were false and baseless. The case was effectively disproved based on the evidence presented before the Court. In light of these circumstances, I would like to know what legal remedies are available against the complainant and the witnesses who knowingly made false statements and filed a false case against me. Specifically, I seek guidance on: Initiating legal proceedings against the complainant and witnesses for filing a false and malicious case. Taking action for giving false evidence or perjury before the court. Filing a defamation (damages) claim for the harm caused to my reputation, mental distress, and financial losses suffered due to the false allegations. Seeking appropriate compensation and legal action against all persons involved in falsely implicating me. I request advice regarding the legal options available under Indian law to hold the responsible parties accountable for their actions.
