Court wrongly involved my name in the case Court wrongly involved my name in the case

I was accused in one of the case along with 2 more accused who never faced trial. In order session court passed that 2 other persons are no one and I am those two persons also. Against which I filed case in High Court. High court told that court cannot correct its mistake in predecessor. But asked my advocate to provide the judgement of Supreme Court on this issue. My advocate is not able to give find this judgement. Please help me if there is any such judgement.

A.dear client if your name is wrongly involve then you have remedy to probe and convince the court for removal with valid profs and reasons. kindly go through experienced lawyer.

A.Dear Sir,
Each case depends upon its own fact as such the High Court can exercise its wide descretionary power. Since because the High Court did not wish to entertain your application so it asked like that to your advocate. If the case is not yet closed , you may hire the services of a Senior Counsil and tried to convince the Court.
