Sir lost my job suddenly jobless for last one no income exhausted all my savings n PF balance also I have personal finance from Bajaj n 2 credit cards RBL n Kotak with an outstanding of 50 k n 35 k respectively. Paid till June now IAM not in a position to pay n they r harassing me n I don't have any option other than to committ suicide. PL guide n help me I declare that I do not have own house Bank deposits nor any gold with my wife how do I moove forward

A.File a permanent injunction which makes them bound to thereafter file a recovery for money suit.
