fraud by financial mediator fraud by financial mediator

I'm a senior citizen, aged 67 years with poor means of earnings/income by way of working.
Due to my elders daughter's marriage I borrowed on 05.11.2017, Rs.2 Lakh on interest @3.5%per month from a money lender at Ayanavaram through a mediator, who's ex colleague where i was working in chennai during 2014-15.
I used to send interest through the mediator's bank account as i used to hold the temporary construction project jobs out of Tamilnadu.
likewise I have remitted the full principal amount of Rs. 2 Lakh on 28.02.2018 through the mediator's bank account expecting to get back my property documents.
So far as on now neither we have received our documents back nor the money lender at ayanavaram received their amount of Rs.2 Lakh through him.

Mean time the mediator managed to borrow another lakh for him self on our property documents throwing all the liabilities on us.

The money lenders are pressurizing me it is horrible o handle with our present life situations
Kindly advice

Thanks/Regards

Prasad
