Seal all vents, gaps and entry points.
Deep-clean and sanitize the premises.
Shift you to a safe room or provide alternate accommodation until the problem is resolved.

If the owner refuses, you may consider vacating the premises and claiming refund of your security deposit and appropriate compensation.
