Bank debit my ECS amount

Am Raja palanisamy My karur Vysya Bank account. Money view personal loan My ECS amount dibet in Rs.8077 @ 05.07.2026 Time:15:27:44.(HH:MM:SS) BANK Ref.No : 003938589317 But NOT RECEIVED THE AMOUNT FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES. WHERE IS MY AMOUNT? Am calling bank Costumer service confirm debit the amount. Am send the Mail Financial services help Auto debit field in Reply. So WHERE IS MY AMOUNT? Refund the amount Rs.8077 Already debit field amount. Auto payment field amount not received in my bank account. Money view app sowh in over due.dipandig the manual pay. so pls solution

If ₹8,077 has been debited from your bank account through ECS but has not been credited to your loan account and the lender is still showing the EMI as overdue, you should immediately raise a written complaint with both the bank and the lender, enclosing your bank statement, ECS debit reference number, and transaction details. Request them to trace the transaction and either credit the EMI to your loan account or refund the amount if the transaction has failed.

If the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time, you may issue a legal notice and pursue appropriate proceedings for deficiency in service against the concerned party, depending on where the delay has occurred.

You may consult a local lawyer or advocate to take appropriate legal steps for recovery or adjustment of the debited amount.
