BBMP WORK CONTACTOR

While doing BBMP WORKS stormwater drain concrete works, while doing the works broken BWSSB (Drainage pipe) of my house. We asked to works contactor he neglecting the same. The requesting from past 20 days , But still they are not ready to do the same.General public suffering lot

If the BBMP contractor damaged the BWSSB drainage pipe while carrying out stormwater drain work, the contractor and the concerned authorities may be responsible for restoring the damage and ensuring that residents are not subjected to inconvenience or health hazards.

You may immediately submit a written complaint to the concerned BBMP Engineer, BWSSB authorities, and the ward office, seeking urgent repair of the damaged drainage line. If no action is taken despite repeated complaints, you may escalate the matter to higher authorities and seek appropriate legal remedies for the continued nuisance and public inconvenience.

You may consult a local lawyer or advocate to issue a legal notice and take appropriate action for immediate restoration of the drainage facility.
