we have some property within our possession since 45 years .in the mean wile partition was done with my brother(b/w me and my brother) in 20 years back.we are enjoying that land .we already taking agriculture loans since 3 decades .now one person sends legal notice say land belongs to him based on mother document (45 years document) .That to he specified my survey number only(not my brother survey number)
1.is any chase are there he has win to the case.
2.what is legal saturation period.
3.if i lost my survey number property .is any chance is there to file a suite on my brother property(because that land is inherited for my father.
)
