Q.Irregularities in transfer policies
I am a govt servant, working in Dept of Posts. In our transfer policy it is clearly mentioned that transfer request register should be maintained as per seniority and political influence will not be entartained.It is also mentioned that in any cases direct or indirect political influences found stern action will taken against the official.
Inspite of these a junior official placed his name in trasfer register but my application not in the list.
As a govt servant i cannot directly go against to adminstration therefore i request to you kindly suggest me what suitable action may be taken from my part.

A. ) first take few documents under RTI act, which proves the irregularities in the transfer procedure and then challenge the irregularities of transfer policy by way of filing a writ petition in the concerned High Court,
