Can i take the picture of complaint notice board in the bank to complain bank officers for not solving banking issues???...
Bank security guard snatch my mobile and threatened me to police...

A.why take the picture? when you can note down phone number, email address !! 2) website/online, you can lodge complaint 3) complain to customer care. you might have argued or threatened the staff, then only staff can make case on you.

you can unless it was in camera prohibited area and also need permission.
but still no need to worry .
if they didn't do anything at that time then they won't do anything now.

You have every right because it is a public notice but you must politely seek such permission in writing with the Bank Manager. Lodge complaint with police or send strong legal notice and file private complaint against them and send complaint to the Banking Ombudsman and head office of the bank.
