Can i file a complaint/case against my ex mother-in-law if she is troubling my husband and my son (her grandson) for no reasons?

A.Yes you can file complaint against them immediately to the nearest police station

A.you can file the case if she is troubling you or your son,
you cannot file the case on behalf of your husband
you cannot file the case on behalf of your husband

A.How is your ex mother in law troubling your husband and son? In what way? If the facts really constitute some kind of crime, you can definitely give complaint of your son if he is minor. But your husband may have to make the complaint himself.
