Understanding meaning of Lawyers words

I had an question and my lawyer replied this A. Dear Client, Yes, you may request the organisation to use a shortened or correspondence address in the agreement for privacy reasons while providing your complete address and an identity clarification affidavit for its internal records. Whether the organisation accepts such a request is entirely a matter of its internal policy and compliance requirements. Many organisations require the full residential address for KYC, statutory compliance, or record-keeping purposes. If they are satisfied about your identity and there is no legal prohibition, they may agree to your request, but they are not legally bound to do so. You may consult a local lawyer or advocate for detailed guidance and advice. I would like to know what the first and second paragraph meant?
