Dog poop and pee

Ours is a 48 member society. A member who stays on the 2nd floor has dogs. They pee in the staircase regularly. After that the member pours water and the water gets accumulated on the 1st floor landing. Repeated requests have been to no avail.

If a resident's pets are repeatedly causing unhygienic conditions in the common areas despite repeated requests, you may submit a written complaint to the housing society or association seeking appropriate action under its bye-laws. If the issue continues, you may also approach the local municipal authorities or other competent authorities, as maintaining sanitation and preventing nuisance in common areas is the responsibility of all residents.
