Hi My builder is offerring possesion, but can i delay the possion because as of now there are no eletricity connection. even when buillding get eletricity connection the will provide electricity through a group meter which will cost Rs 10 Per unit.

A.You can delay but better let me know the clauses in you agreements so that I can guide you properly.

A.You can do so but then if there is a provision in the agreement to sale that the builder can charge late fee then you will have to pay extra late fee and even the interest on the penalty. Better you read the agreement carefully and then act.
