A married couple take divorce for taking divorce quota in govt. jobs but they lives tougher.what this is league or not. what action will be take agenst them.

A.it is not illegal rather they had taken benefit of system lacuna,

A.I don't think any action can be taken against them. Marriage is legal status and since you are no more married but staying together so they can not do anything. Yes they may question it but then you can defend it legally.
