If 60% members agree for redevelopment with a builder who is not providing bank guarantee, 50%corpus on possession, taking BMC permissions in stages, etc., Is it ok to go ahead with the builder. Does Rera require compulsory taking bank guarantee etc. Is it safe for the society in case of any delay etc in future by the builder.
