Is this possible to claim fr 6 months salary as penalty at probation period and was forced to leave the company.
A.An employee serving on probation have no rights whatsoever.

A.Dear Client Yes, you may ask for compensation for forceful resignation also other facts needs to be seen whether there was any other incident of harassment, why were you forced how did they force, any threatening or what so in total how much harassment you faced in short everything needs to be known along with whether they have paid any salary or not, also contract needs to be checked whether there was any such clause which will allow to remove you without explanation or make you resign like that. Compensation can be claimed but I think can be claimed for three months as it is half of the total period and also just. Six months can be claimed in more grave violation. To begin this I can send them a legal notice if they do not respond you are free to file a civil case also.

A.This is a very technical question. Has the salary been paid for the period worked? And in what way has the cheating occurred? Compensation can be claimed in certain cases but further details would be required to answer the above question.
