NBA issue for a loan with piramal

I had informed the bank via email to nodal officer on july 1st 2026 as per my convwesations with their contact centre and personally visiting the branch that due to my surgery on 6th septmber 2025 and another surgery on 1st june 2026, i wasnt able to pay any emis and also i had mentioned that on email stating that from september end the emis will be paid and in excess to cover previous dues as well. But the vank did not acknowledge and issued an NBW without my knowledge and no letter or summon was received earlier. I stay in Mumbai and they are asking me to appear in Calcutta court due to my medical condition i cant travel or appear. As per piramal finance they agreed to their mistake that their nodal officer did not acknowledge my email and my medical records attached as an evidence confirming my health condition. How can we try to solve this ?
