rental agreement over for my house

madam/sir, my native place odisha. i have house in bangalore . so we had an 2 years agreement with URBANSTANDZ company for my house . he gave that house to some tenant . now that comapny not giving rent from 6 months and not giving my house key. agreement already over. when we contacted that tenant he told form more than 300 tenant from different he took average 10 lakh from each( total around 20 cr we heard from news ) and now not responding any call and office also vacated. so tenants are not vacting house. as a owner of that house will i get my house back , if yes how much time it will take . any other procedure to get my house .

Dear Client,
As you are the legal owner, your property will definitely return to your possession because your agreement with Urbanstandz has expired, rendering the current sub-tenant an "unauthorized occupant" with no statutory right to stay under Indian property law.

To recover your home, you must immediately file a criminal complaint for cheating and breach of trust against Urbanstandz with the Bengaluru Police , while concurrently having a lawyer serve a strict 15-day Legal Notice to Vacate to the occupant.

If the occupant refuses to leave, a formal civil eviction lawsuit under the Karnataka Rent Act will take 1 to 3 years to resolv, for further legal advice you can consult with a local advocate.
