POWER OF ATTORNEY DOCUMENT MISPLACED POWER OF ATTORNEY DOCUMENT MISPLACED

I and my wife have purchased a residential plot in Uttarakhand from my mother in the year 2002. The sale deed for the same was executed in Uttarakhand through a Power of Attorney given to my father by my mother. Now after a lapse of over 15 years I have decided to sell the said plot. Unfortunately, the Power Attorney has been misplaced and both my parents have expired. Even the Sub Registrar Office does not hold the copy of the Power of Attorney as 15 year's back no such policy existed. As the buyer wants to ensure that the plot title is clear with no legal issues cropping up at a later stage, I seek your legal advice for sale of my said Residential plot giving the buyer a clear title.
