Their is savage & rain water Nikasi problem in the colony or builder bhaag gya hai. Mere ghar k aaspass Savage or rain water jams ho raha hai.baad jisi sthiti hai.padosi Naali band karke baitha hai or gundagardi dikhata hai. Kaha or kaise complaint kare builder ki or padosi ki.

A.Write a letter to appropriate authority of your Municipal Corporation against such act of the builder and the neighbour and send reminder through other letter if no action is taken in that regard. If no action is taken after repeated reminders, then you may approach the Hon'ble High Court for filing a writ petition for the same.
Apart from the legal recourse, you can file your complaint in the mobile application which runs in the name of the city of your Municipal Corporation. This facility is coming gradually in most of the Indian cities and you will have to check if the same is available in your city or not.
