I'm a software engineer drawn more than 8 lakhs to august 2026. My son studying intermediate and going to apply for iit exam. We want him to apply under obc category. When we apply for certificate in MRO office, they rejected it as salary income is more than 8 lakhs. I didn't have any other source except non irrigated 4 acres agriculture land. I don't get income from it more than 1 lakh. What should I do now. Please suggest.
