HDFC not issuing foreclosure letter HDFC not issuing foreclosure letter

Hello , I had raised a request for home loan foreclosure letter 45 days back. the bank is delaying the foreclosure letter. the issue is one of the co-applicant has passed away and the bank asked us to add the legal hire as co-applicant before releasing the foreclosure letter. even after submitting the application for adding the legal hire. the bank people are not responding to calls and they are saying they are not sure of the process and they don't give us a clear idea on what to do. they are making us go from one branch to other and I and my wife are taking off from work to follow up with these people. now what are my options to get back to this irresponsible bank(HDFC)
