In the civil court the plantif(landlord) have accepted that his mother have already used the same law to evict the tenant and inspite going to appeal the landlord came in the same court. Will the court entertain the matter or will this will hit by resjudicta

A.Dear Sir,
If the grounds are same then it will become res-judicata.

A.The matter cannot be raised again, either in the same court or in a different court in respect of the same cause of action. The causes of action in the two suits may be considered to be the same if in substance they are identical. A court will use res judicata to deny reconsideration of a matter.
