Can following 4 persons make an agreement for new house property??
1)Mother(taken home loan so this name is compulsory ie first name)
2)Father
3)Son in law
4)Married daughter
third and fourth name we want to include in agreement papers.And I am a married daughter of my mother and father.We are 2 sisters and the age of my sister is 17.My mother and father purchasing a new house for us. They want to add name of my husband and mine.bt we are facing some legal issues.so I want to confirm this issue.Pls help bcoz now my mother and father my mother and father doing an agreement within a few days

A.Your names cannot be included as of now as home loan is being taken on the name of the mother.
However after the house possession is given and loan repayment is complete your parents can gift the same to you.
