First issue Legal Notice against the company stating the facts and that they must pay you back your money and lodge a complain to police.
If they fail or doesn't agree to pay then file a money suit and case for fraud.

You can file case against such company for doing fraud. But before you must issue Legal notice to company for getting money. If not giving you then file a criminal suit at court. For legal notice you may contact in detail.
