A person BABULAL SAI sold his complete property to her only daughter GIRIBALA DEVI by a registered sale deed 7873 in 1948 . In this deed two khata's no. Property is mentioned khata no. 12 and khata no. 8 .
Babula sai sold his complete share of khata no. 8 property to someone else by compromise petetion in T.S. 33/1948 and then after he sold the same property to her daughter .
Giribala also sold khata no. 8 property to someone else, then court ( lower court as well as high court) has cancelled her did and said to judgement that giribala and vendee's deed is void and inoperative .
So i would like to know if giribala sale her property of khata no. 12 on basis of same deed which is cancelled by court , would it valid ?
