I was working in a company i left job its been almost more than 2 months but till now settlement has not done when i asked thy r saying it will be done by batch wise in this case what should i do and pf is also not updated from their end

A.Serve them a legal notice and then take legal recourse.

A.At first serve a notice to the company for final settlement and if the matter is not solve then file a complaint to the Labour Commissioner .
