Divorce or Anullment

Hi
Its been 2 months that I got married and since then my wife and in-laws are behaving very unusual. My wife records each and everything on phone and we are so incompatible that we don't even talk and stay in different room. my in-laws are very greedy and they come in my home and threatens me and abuses me and they can file any false case on me I am so mentally harassed that I cant stay with her now. Can I get the marriage annulment on the grounds of not having marriage consummation and incompatibility ?
Please let me know if any lawyer can help me getting me out of this.

A.Wait till completing one year of your marriage . After that you can file divorce petition

A.if parties are medically fit, then, non-consummation of the marriage is a ground of divorce, not annulment,
you can file the Divorce petition but take note of a fact,
once you file contested divorce she will surely file/claim:
498a complaint
Domestic Violence case
maintenance,
so be ready for them too,
and,
the best option is to file Restitution of conjugal rights petition in the Court, to show your bonafide intentions to save the matrimonial tie, however, you can withdraw the same any time,
RCR will work as a safeguard to 498a, maintenance, DV etc
