Whether an accused can get copy of CD recorded at the time of trap of a govt employee by vigilance department . What's the procedure
A.Dear Sir,
If such CD is submitted along with charge sheet then only the accused can get copy of it.

A.If you do not get a free copy you can always apply for the certified copy.
