My son hacked the college server and got the exam cancelled on 16 and 20th of last month.he is a B.Tech 3rd sem student having cyber security as subjects.

A.Dear Sir,
If any FIR is issued you may approach High Court for staying the further investigation.

A.Your son has violated specific rules of cyber law and has breached certain IT provisions.
As a result of which he is a cyber crime criminal against whom proceedings will be executed.
A FIR shall be lodged against him and he will be produced before the court.
There are a variety of options

1. File an anticipatory bail before such case is registered.
2. Take bail after FIR but before chargesheet
3. File a mercy petition asking for forgiveness
4. File a petition for plea bargaining.
