I live in Moradabad and worked in one company but I want to file the case in Lucknow against my employer who lived in Moradabad. The company is also in Moradabad. The case is of civil. Pls advise is this possible to case the file in Lucknow?

You cannot file any case in Lucknow.

A.If the purpose of the civil suit is recovery of money or any movable object, then you can file such civil suit in Lucknow, [where you are residing]
You need to have domicile and govt id for the same.
However, if you do not have any such proofs then you need to file the suit in Moradabad as the cause of action was initiated there, the company is there, the employer resides there and also, you being the employee worked and resided at Moradabad itself.

A.You Can Not file other Jurisdiction, you can file nearby Court of your locality only
