MY friend gave 12000 rupees to his friend and that friend drank beer with that money and beaten his wife and now that friend's wife has filled FIR aganist my friend.

A.Dear Sir,
It is too remote to connect your friend in respect of alleged incident. Your friend may approach High Court and get FIR quashed.

if your friend beats his wife, she will go to the police and file a FIR.
Now, did you give Rs. 12,000 for drinking beer and beating his wife? if not, then you don't need to worry. The police will catch the friend against such FIR.
ask your friend to take bail.
