My Car was stolen and bank is asking to repay car loan
4 years ago
Hello,
My car was stolen 2 years back and since then the bank is asking us to repay the 4 lakh(Approx) loan left on it. We had insurance on the car but as usual insurance company is not paying the loan giving all kinds of excuses. We have filed a case against the insurance company and gave then a notice, we are waiting for their reply.
We talked to bank manager 1 year back he then asked us only to pay the principle amount(2.5 lakhs). Which we told will pay once we get the insurance money back.
We have taken loan from UCO bank , last week this bank manager check our bank account in PNB and taken out our 1.3 lakh money to repay their loan.
I am not sure how this can happen? Can i do something about it ?
You may file a complaint with police and in the meanwhile file a suit against banker from restraining them forcing you to pay the loan amount as it is duly insured.

That UCO bank manager how can he draw money from your PNB account, that ,if it has been done then ,be sure from PNB bank manager, report to its regional , zonal manager in detail. If satisfactory answer is not given then file FIR against them all.
