I have won Mhada lottery in mig but my family income is more, my husband does not financially support me is there anyway legally other than divorce where only my income can be considered as family income

A.in MHADA lottery in Mig, 2019 requirement is "If your monthly income falls between Rs 50,001-75,000, you can apply for MIG flats", this is considering only applicant income. Not on Family Income. Give me, actual advertisement,in which you got the plot/flat. No need to include your husband salary, Flat/plot will be on your name. So no issue.
