Property dispute Property dispute

I inherited some property from my father after his death 4 years ago and now I am 19. My father's brother is holding the original papers of property and I want every paper in my possession. Also he is holding some Financial documents like balance sheet and other records of my father's company in which they both were partners which was dissolved after some years of his death. I want all the records in my hand to fill my tax returns also. What can I do about this legally??

A.Ask him to give you such papers for return filing.
As this is a small issue do not proceed legally.
Try to solve this amicably.

Get issue a legal notice to your uncle and then file a suit for declaration. You may lodge complaint with police to get back original documents from your uncle.
